Luminously Euphoricby Liz Davis

Austin. I bring it to your space

Private group yoga, wherever you are gathering.

Six people or forty-five. Your living room, a rooftop, a backyard, a conference room with the tables pushed back. Everyone leaves feeling better than they arrived, and nobody gets left behind, because the class is built around whoever is actually in the room.

Your group

$320

One hour, private, at your space. $240 covers a group of up to six, then $40 for each added person.

Checkout asks for your group size: choose 8 people, and tell me your preferred date and place. I confirm both by email. Travel beyond Austin and unusual venues can change the price, so if your gathering is far-flung, ask first.

What it is good for

Bachelorette parties

Something you will all actually remember, and everyone can do it hungover.

Birthdays

A gathering that leaves people feeling better than a long lunch does.

Corporate and team offsites

Nobody has to be good at it. That is rather the point.

Friends, no occasion

The best reason there is.

“Half of us have never done yoga.”

Good. That is the usual mix, and it is the one I plan for. I have been teaching for sixteen years, and a room where three people practise daily and seven have never touched a mat is not a problem to solve. It is just Tuesday.

Nobody gets called out, nobody gets left behind, and nobody has to touch their toes. Any age, any body, any limitation. Tell me who is coming and I will build it around them.

The practical bits

  • One hour, though we can talk about longer
  • 6 to 45 people
  • I come to your space
  • Mats: bring your own, or ask me and we will sort it
  • Indoors or outdoors, weather permitting
  • All abilities in the same room, by design

Want to try a class before you book your group? I teach public classes at Yoga Vida in Austin on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 9:30 in the morning. Come take one.
