Privacy

Only what you choose to give it. When you send an enquiry or an application, the site keeps your name, your email address, what you wrote, and which offering you were asking about. When you join the email list, it keeps your email address and which part of the site you signed up from, so you only hear about the things you actually asked to hear about.

That is the whole list. This site has no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, and no ad pixels of its own. It does not watch you browse.

One honest exception: the homepage shows a few Instagram posts using Instagram’s own embed player. Those embeds are loaded from Instagram, which belongs to Meta, and Meta may set its own cookies when they display, the same as it would if you visited Instagram directly. If you would rather not meet Meta at all, skip the embeds and everything else here works exactly the same.

Sessions are booked and paid for through Square, a payments company. When you book, your booking details and payment information go directly to Square, not to this site. Card numbers are never seen or stored here. Square has its own privacy policy, which you can read at squareup.com.

Form submissions and email sign-ups are stored in a secured database (Supabase) that only Liz can access. Emails to you and to Liz are delivered through an email service (Resend). The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, the way nearly every website host does. Liz’s writing lives on Substack, which has its own privacy policy if you subscribe there.

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is shared only with the services named above, and only as far as needed to run the site.

To reply to you. To send you what you signed up for. Nothing else. If you enquire about a session, you get a reply about that session. If you join the writing list, you get writing. You will not be added to a list you did not join.

The only cookie this site sets is a login cookie for the private admin area, which only Liz uses. Visitors get no tracking cookies at all.

Every email from the list includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing works the first time. You can also email hello@luminouslyeuphoric.com at any time to ask what information is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deletion requests are honored, not argued with.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and any meaningful change will be described here rather than buried. This page is the current version.
