Terms of Service

Sessions blend energy healing, hypnosis, yoga, and coaching. They are for personal growth and wellbeing. They are not medical care, mental health treatment, or therapy, and they do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Nothing here replaces your doctor, your therapist, or your medication. If you are working with a healthcare provider, keep working with them.

Every person and every session is different. No specific result is promised, and anyone who promises you one should worry you a little.

Sessions are booked and paid through Square. The price you see at booking is the price. Package purchases cover every session in the package: your payment books the first session, and you book the rest from the same booking page with the same email address at no further charge.

Programs with payment plans, such as The Tapestry, state their plan terms on their own page, including any non-refundable portion. Those page terms are part of this agreement. If a payment plan stops, the work pauses until it resumes.

Life happens, and reasonable rescheduling is always workable with enough notice. Specific notice windows and any fees are stated on the offering’s page or in your booking confirmation. When in doubt, email hello@luminouslyeuphoric.com as early as you can.

Yoga and embodiment work involve physical movement. You know your body better than anyone else in the room. Practice within your own limits, tell Liz about injuries or conditions before you begin, and stop if something hurts. By participating you accept responsibility for practicing within what is safe for you.

Services are offered to adults. You must be 18 or older to book. Liz reserves the right to decline or discontinue work with anyone when the work is not a fit, with any unused prepaid sessions refunded.

The writing, photographs, and recordings on this site and on Substack belong to Liz Davis. You are welcome to share links. Republishing or reselling the content itself requires her written permission.

To the fullest extent the law allows, liability for any claim arising from the services or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. The version on this page is the one in effect.
